Integrations

A product on its own, with no app required. 70+ pre-built connectors, including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud Applications, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Autodesk, and a custom framework for the MES or quality system that is not in the catalog. Mappings are written in SQL under version control. Runs go on a schedule, on a webhook or in near real time, with lineage you can show an auditor.

ERP and MES

Work orders go down to the floor. Production counts, material consumption and labor hours come back, so the close uses actual production costs, not estimates.

ERP, PLM and quality

A revision released in Autodesk or your PLM updates BOMs and routings in the ERP. Inspections and non-conformances move between production and quality management, so a defect traces to its cause. A copy of all of it lands in Snowflake, Azure Synapse, PostgreSQL or SQL Server for Power BI, Tableau or Excel.

Exchange

A product on its own, with no app required. Forecasts, POs, specifications and revision changes go out to suppliers and contract manufacturers. ASNs, quality certs, quotes and invoices come back into your systems over EDI, AS2, SFTP or API. Each side decides what it shares, so a supplier gets the specification for its part and nothing else. Partners push and nobody pulls, the mapping is written in SQL at the boundary, and every handoff carries an audit trail. A partner without an Aquifer account joins free as a guest.

OEM and supplier

POs and specifications arrive in the supplier’s system. ASNs, certs and invoices arrive in yours. No supplier portal, no email attachments.

Contract manufacturer and customer

Customers send orders and specifications. You send production status, quality data and shipment notices back. Each company works in its own system, and deeper tiers get what they need without seeing what they should not.

Canvas and Studio

When you want to read the operation, not only sync it, Canvas puts production, quality and supplier data from every system on one page per plant, line or product, read on a laptop or a phone, and shared with a customer by a link that follows the approved version. Studio is where the pages, dashboards and plant maps are built from one model of your operation. Aquifer AI drafts them and a person approves each version. Every page shows which version it is and when its data was last updated.
