One view of each project from every system you run. Cost from the ERP, progress from Procore, dates from the schedule, the drawings and the site itself, on one page that the owner, the project team and the subs all read. The numbers agree because they come from one model of the project.
Budget and commitments from the ERP, RFIs and submittals from Procore, milestones from the schedule, and the drawings and site they belong to. One page, one set of numbers, instead of four logins and a spreadsheet that reconciles them.
The same page at the site, in the truck and in the owner's office. A superintendent checks today's open items before the morning huddle. A director checks the program between meetings. Nobody waits for the monthly report.
Send a link to the page instead of a PDF. It always shows the latest approved version, it can expire, and you can take it back. The people outside your company read the same numbers you do.
Aquifer AI relates the systems you connect into one model of the project, then drafts the page from a sentence. You review, approve, and every change is a version you can go back to.
The same app, used by the owner, the general contractor and the subcontractor. One example each.
Every project across every contractor on one page, with spend against budget, open items and a map colored by status. The board page goes to directors and lenders by share link.
Cost, commitments, RFIs, submittals and the lookahead on one page the whole project team reads. The owner report becomes a live page with WIP beside it, instead of a monthly PDF.
Foremen check the job board and the lookahead before the shift. The office checks billing and retainage status by job without calling the general contractor.
Aquifer AI relates what you connect into one model of the project, so a commitment, its RFIs, its drawings and its place on the site belong together. Pages read from that model, and the numbers match.
Describe the page you need, a project page or a dashboard of charts, and Aquifer AI drafts it from live data. Ask it about the page you are reading and it answers with your filters applied.
A page says which approved version it is and when its data was last updated. Readers know what they are looking at and how current it is.
Narrow a page to one project or one cost code, sort it, and leave a comment where the question is. An @mention brings the right person to the right row.
A public link always opens the newest approved version of a page. Set an expiry and revoke the link at any time, so nothing goes stale in an inbox.
A form on a page records an acknowledgement or a field observation and hands back a receipt. Who confirmed what, and when, stays with the project.
Start at a portfolio colored by status, go down to a site plan and the building model. Click an element and see its RFIs, submittals and cost together.
Pages embed, view only and revocable, in Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Salesforce, NetSuite, Acumatica and Sage Intacct. In Procore a page runs full screen or beside commitments, budget, RFIs and submittals.
A sync-status panel shows whether a purchase order arrived in the ERP and when, with the fields side by side across systems, so a mismatch is visible at a glance.
Open the page on a phone at the site and read the same project the office reads, with nothing left out. The lookahead, the open items and the map fit the screen in your hand.
Procore, the ERP, the schedule, ArcGIS or a spreadsheet, through one of the 70+ connectors. Aquifer AI relates them into one model of the project.
Say what the page should show. Aquifer AI drafts it from the model. You review it on a laptop and a phone, then approve the version.
Share the page with the people who need it, inside and outside your company, by link or inside Procore. They read the same numbers you do.
Pricing follows what you use. Every part of the platform can be taken on its own and kept in sync with the systems you already run. Talk to us about pricing for your company.
Talk to us →Do readers need to sign in?
Members of your account sign in once and read every page they are allowed to. People outside your company read through a public link, which needs no account and can be revoked at any time.
Where does the data on a page come from?
From the systems you connect through Integrations. Aquifer AI relates them into one model of the project, and every page reads from that model, so a number on a page traces back to the system it came from.
How is Canvas different from Studio?
Canvas is where pages are read. Studio is where they are built, where data is corrected and where versions are approved. Every Canvas page has an Edit in Studio link for the people with that role.
Can I put a page inside Procore?
Yes. A page embeds in Procore full screen or as a side panel on commitments, budget, RFI and submittal views, and the record open in Procore chooses what the page shows. The same works for Autodesk Construction Cloud, Salesforce, NetSuite, Acumatica and Sage Intacct.
How current is the data on a page?
As current as the sync behind it, which runs on a schedule, on a webhook or in near real time depending on the system. Every page shows when its data was last updated.
What happens to a shared link when the page changes?
The link follows the approved version. When a new version is approved, everyone with the link sees it, and the expiry and revocation you set stay in force.
